• Pay all fees and charges for services as agreed

3. Fees and Payment

Our fees are agreed with you before services are provided. Payment terms will be specified on invoices. Late payments may result in suspension of services until the account is settled.

5. Limitation of Liability

6. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Outstanding fees for completed work will remain payable.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes will be resolved in the relevant South African courts.
